Aaron J. Felmet
Aaron concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law and Medicaid planning. His experience includes drafting estate plans for a wide variety of clients to fit their needs. Aaron works with clients who wish to preserve assets before entering a nursing home. He has experience assisting clients in the Medicaid application process and has successfully appealed Medicaid denials at the fair hearing level.
Prior to joining Watson Bennett, Aaron graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 2005. He attended the University of Toledo College of Law, where he received his law degree in 2008. Aaron worked as a law clerk at Watson, Bennett Colligan & Schechter, L.L.P. during the summer of 2007.
