Brian P. Minehan

Brian joined Watson Bennett in 2010 as an associate attorney.  His practice primarily focuses on insurance defense, including motion and appellate practice, in the areas of lead paint litigation, labor law, personal injury, and toxic tort.  Brian is also experienced in the areas of trucking defense and worker’s compensation.

Prior to joining Watson Bennett, Brian was a clerk for the Honorable Robert B. Shapiro, judge for the Complex Litigation docket of the Hartford Superior Court, and worked as a real estate Practice Group Specialist with Nixon Peabody LLP in Boston, MA.  At the University of Connecticut School of Law, He was selected to the Moot Court Board and graduated with a certificate in intellectual property law.
