Rita Nischal
Rita Nischal graduated from the University of Toronto where she obtained a double major in Economics and Psychology. She received her law degree from the University at Buffalo in 2004, graduating with a concentration in Finance Transactions.
Joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Nischal's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. She has experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions requiring multi-property transfers, financing, leasing and development. Ms. Nischal's practice also entails corporate immigration and cross-border immigration law.
