Special Education Law

Your child is entitled to a free appropriate public education and Watson Bennett has the expertise and experience to ensure that he or she receives all the rights, benefits and services provided for by the law.

Watson Bennett can provide the guidance, advice and legal advocacy that parents need to identify and understand their rights.  We can help you to understand the advocacy tools the law provides to you.  We can help you communicate with your school district so that you can work together as a team to provide for the needs of your child.  Finally, if necessary, we can fight for you and your child should your district fail and/or refuse to comply with the law.
