Kelly O' Neal Adams
Kelly O' Neal Adams is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation relating to commercial disputes, construction claims, breach of contracts, warranty of title claims and tax assessment challenges and personal injury litigation relating to automobile accidents, premises liability, work site accidents and products liability. Ms. Adams also has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate matters, business corporate formation issues, estate planning and probate, and Medicaid estate planning. In her capacity as a litigator she has been selected by colleagues to serve as an arbitrator to assist in the resolution and disposition of litigated matters.
Ms. Adams currently serves on the Board of Directors for Bertrand Chaffee Hospital and is the Village Prosecutor for the Village of Springville. She has formally served as director of the Springville Boys and Girls Club, the Village of Springville Planning Board and as a mock trial coach.
Ms. Adams is special counsel to Watson Bennett and manages the Watson Bennett satellite office in Springville, New York.
