Nicholas B. Davis
Prior to joining Watson, Bennett in 2007, Nicholas Davis was employed by a general practice firm, practicing primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and criminal law. He is a member of the firm's trucking industry defense practice group, which handles litigation matters for the trucking and insurance industries. He also focuses his practice on premise liability, the defense of toxic tort actions, personal injury and criminal law.
