Pauline WillPauline C. Will

Pauline Will, a senior trial lawyer in the firm's litigation department, focuses her practice on complex tort litigation with an emphasis on toxic tort liability, product liability, trucking and transportation liability and general liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Will was an Assistant District Attorney in Erie County. She currently represents national and local companies as well as individuals throughout New York State in both state and federal courts. She also practices at the Appellate level handling appeals in New York State courts.

Ms. Will handles catastrophic and wrongful death claims from their investigation through all stages of litigation. As a member of the firm's trucking industry defense practice group, she handles matters for the transportation and insurance industries.  A member of both the Trucking Industry Defense Association (www.tida.org) and the Defense Research Institute Trucking committee, she is actively involved with issues affecting the trucking and insurance industries. She also represents national general liability carriers in the defense of their insureds in diverse actions such as products liability, premises liability, and toxic torts with a focus on lead paint litigation.
