Pauline C. Will
Pauline Will is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex tort litigation with an emphasis on trucking and transportation law, toxic torts, products liability and premises liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Will was a prosecutor for the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. Since joining the firm in 2002, Ms. Will represents national and state-insured and self-insured companies/carriers in federal and state courts. She also has extensive experience representing clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Ms. Will has taken cases to jury verdict, and also has appellate experience.
As a member of the firm's Trucking and Transportation Law Practice Group, Ms. Will handles catastrophic and wrongful death claims from their investigation through all stages of litigation for the transportation and insurance industries. She also represents national general liability carriers in the defense of their insured's in diverse actions such as toxic torts, products liability and premises liability.
